Ingredients:
- Ciabatta
- Avocado
- Egg
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
- Blueberries
Instructions:
- Start by toasting the ciabatta and cutting up some avocado to put on top.
- While the ciabatta toasts fry an egg and season with everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Wash some blueberries or whatever you have on hand.
- Add the avocado to the top of the ciabatta, place the egg & fruit on the plate, and serve.
