Ingredients:
  • Ciabatta
  • Avocado
  • Egg
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
  • Blueberries
Instructions:
  1. Start by toasting the ciabatta and cutting up some avocado to put on top.
  2. While the ciabatta toasts fry an egg and season with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  3. Wash some blueberries or whatever you have on hand.
  4. Add the avocado to the top of the ciabatta, place the egg & fruit on the plate, and serve.
